Terms and Conditions

By using Residents.nz, you agree to act respectfully, provide accurate information, and use the platform for lawful community-focused purposes in New Zealand.

Membership

Membership requires email verification and admin approval. Residents.nz may suspend or reject accounts that submit misleading, harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.

Listings and halal information

Business, jobs, Islamic center, event, product, and ingredient submissions are reviewed before publication. Halal information is provided for community guidance and should be verified independently where necessary.

Donations and trust points

Donation trust points and listing trust points may be adjusted if a payment is reversed, fraudulent, or a listing is removed. Coupons are subject to availability and admin conditions.

Funeral arrangement interest

Funeral arrangement interest records are expressions of intent. Residents.nz will make reasonable efforts from available donations and community resources but cannot guarantee every arrangement.
